    Ethiopia Application
    I.

    I personally think that I’m one of the best candidates to travel to Ethiopia on
    behalf of Dunn school because of many reasons. First, I think that I’m a very friendly
    kid and I’m willingly to be friend with everyone, this provide me the opportunities to
    know many different people from many different countries and their culture, also
    give me an ability to blend in and adapt to different environment very fast.

    Second, as an international student, I had a lot of problem of communiacation


    before but I overcome the hardship be comfortable to communicate with every
    now, this gave me a good communication skills and an ability to overcome language
    barrier, which is extremely important on this mission.

    During the outdoor education trips, I learned how to step up and be a leader,
    even in the wosrt situation and learned how to work as a group and be dedication to
    achive th goal of the whole group . People also told me before that I’m a very
    enthusiastic person and highly motivative, I love to be involve and I will do
    everything to achive the best results.

    I also think that I’m a very likeability kid, due to my positive attitude and my
    sense of humor, which I think extremely important when we worked as a group.

    As I grow up, one of my biggest childhood dream is to be a doctor and it has


    became my determination for life now, I want to help people who are suffering from
    diseases and sickness, I took a nursery course during summer, so I think this will be a
    good chance for me to use the knowledge I have to help people who are in need

    For the conclusion, I think you should choose me to go on this mission for USDFA
    because I’m very adaptative and can be comfortable at everywhere, I’m a good
    communicator and I can work with many different people from many different place,
    I also have an ability to overcome hardship and language barriers as well as a funny
    and enthusiastic leader.

    II.

    As the world is becoming smaller and smaller, the gaps between people in all over
    the world is becoming closer than ever, We, the generation of tomorrow, have the
    opportunities to see the world at a much wide and comprehensive view than the
    previous generations. It also gave us a chance to scrutinize the global issues that we
    have to face (or going to have to face) much more detail and closer. With the
    education that the previous generation provide us we support to solve those issue
    and make the world a better place.

    Some of the most important issues that we’re facing now is the environmental
    issues. By environmental, I mean depletetion of resourses, overpopulation and, of
    course, global warming. They might not seem to relate to each others much, but
    there are many people are dying each day because of those issues. Especially people
    in the thirds world countries such as Chad, Uganda, Bangladesh. Famine and
    diseases are devastating those countries now and we have to do something to stop
    this, or it will spread like an infection to the whole world.

    Wars and conflicts are also a big issues, I’m not hoping for an absolute peace in
    the world, it’s such dillusional, there will always be conflicts, but we need to stop
    them from spreading, people are fighting for no reason nowaday and blame it for
    political and religions. Many commondities, included little children are suffering from
    wars now, many did’t even get a change see the peaceful sky before they die.

    We, as a new generation have to solve the issue that the world is facing right
    now, to fix the mistakes that we created and to make world a better place
