    The project proposal prepared for your company is as follows:

    I. Product Application
    DT series package drop testers are mainly used for assessing the degree of influence
    of drop impact on the packages in the process of actual transport and handling, and
    assessing impact strength of packages in the process of handling and rationality of
    package design.
    They meet the requirements of GB/T4857.5, ISO2248-72E JISZ0202-87, IEC68-2-27,
    ISTA3A and other standards.

    IV. Equipment Features


    1 The dual shaft and guide post structure is supported stably in the ascending and dropping
    process, without swing.
    2 The ascending and dropping of the equipment are controlled by a precision screw to realize
    accurate and rapid positioning.
    3 In the process of dropping, the swing arm is broken away from the test piece specimen
    downwards at the acceleration not less than 3g/sec.

    4 In case of abnormal power failure during test, the drop tester table does not slide automatically
    and the swing arm can automatically recognize non-air pressure state and is not broken away
    abnormally.
    5 The hydraulic cushioning device is used for the drop tester table and can absorb 90% of kinetic
    energy to stabilize the drop tester table and reduce noise.
