1. SUMP TANK EMPTIED, CLEANED AND REFILLED WITH
SAME OIL. 2. CRANKSHAFT DEFLECTION/MAIN BEARING ALIGNMENT MEASUREMENT. 3. ALL FUEL INJECTORS TO REMOVE, CLEAN/RECALIBRATED AND RE-INSTALLED. 4. TURBO-INLET CASING REMOVED AND INSPECTION/CLEANING DONE. 5. TURBO EXHAUST CASING REMOVED, NOZZLE RING AND TURBINE CLEANED, INSPECTED AND REPLACED. 6. ECONOMISER TUBES WATER CLEANED- COMPLETED. 7. CYLINDER HEAD- INSPECTION OF ALL COMPONENTS, LUBRICATION, ETC. 8. ALL SAFETY DEVICES, TRANSMITTERS, TRANSDUCERS, SWITCHES, ETC TO CONTROL OPERATIONS. 9. ALL FUEL FILTERS TO CLEAN. 10. CLEAN AND SERVICE ALL FUEL PUMPS AND RACKS AND LUBRICATE SAME. 11. REPLACE GOVENOR LUB. OIL AND PARAFIN-FLUSH SAME. 12. COMPLETE INSPECTION AND CONTROL OF ALTERNATOR, INCLUSIVE OF VULCAN COUPLING. 13. REMOVE ALL DEBRIS FROM INLET/OUTLET OF J.W. COOLER. 14. CLEAN AND SERVICE LUB. OIL PURIFIER. 15. CLEAN START AIR FILTER. 16. CONTROL CONDITION OF ALL FLEXIBLE MOUNTINGS. 17. CONTROL ALL EXHAUST AND CHARGE-AIR MANIFOLDS FITTINGS. 18. CLEAN COMPLETE ENGINE AND REPAINT WHERE NECESSARY. 19. SWAT-AVR AND TEST OPERATE ENGINE AND SET PARAMETERS.
