    1. The power plant staff started Man Engine #2 using light fuel oil (LFO) and later switched to heavy fuel oil (HFO) operation. 2. They assisted in cleaning the injector of Man Engine #1 and checked its calibration pressure of 410 bars. 3. They also pulled out the injector on top of Engine #1 and a lubrication oil motor for servicing, finding the motor's insulation and bearings were still in good condition after reassembly.

    ACTIVITIES IN THE POWER PLANT

    1.) Start the Man Engine # 2 at around 8:08 am with LFO having a ramp-up load from 400 KW and then at
    8:45 shifted to HFO Operation Experiencing the low pressure operation of the Fuel Pump.
    2.) Assist the Crew in Full –out the Injector of Man Engine # 1 and clean the Nozzle and check the
    Calibration which is 410 Bars of pressure.

    3.) Assist Crew t pull-out the Injector on top of the Engine # 1

    4.) Pull-out the Lubrication Oil Motor for servicing. Check the Insulation winding which 1000 Meg
    Ohms and check the bearing and found out that the bearing still good. Assemble again and re-
    install.

    5.) Check the Fuel Level of LFO at Tank Farm # 1 is 61 CM = 6,758.3 Liters after transferring to the
    Man Engine Day tank and Day tank for Gen.3 & 4. The Previous level of the Tank # 1 before
    Transferring is 68 CM. So, therefore we transfer the LFO of 7CM equivalent of 273.3 Liters and
    that 273.3 liters being tap up t the day tank of man and Volvo Day tank is the fuel had been
    consumed last night and last morning after shifting to HFO.
    6.) Total Inventory of the Tank Farm as of today are the following.

    LFO Tank # 1 - - - - - - - -6,758.3 Liters HFO Tank # 1- - - - 2,287 Liters


    LFO Tank # 2- - - - - - - - 12,515.9 Liters HFO Tank # 2- - - - 11,739.5 Liters
    Total - - - - - - - - - - -19,274.2 Liters HFO Settling Tank- 5,983 Liters
    Total HFO Fuel = 20,009.5 liters
    Note: The LFO had been transferred today that will be used for tonight and tomorrow morning and we
    will get a recording again tomorrow to monitor the LFO consumption. And We suggest that during
    delivery it should be monitored and sounding before filling to the tank and after filling the tank sounding
    again and calculate to get the no. of liters being filled up by the truck delivery.
