1. The above signed organization, the invited unit, agrees to comply with all provisions prescribed by
the parade committee in its standards and regulations.
4. The participating organization, for itself and on behalf of its members/employees and other
individuals who may participate in the Parade as part of its organization in consideration of its
participants and in consideration of any support that may accompany that participation, agrees:
(1.) Not to sue or assert a claim against the ALLIED WAR VETERANS or the Parade
Committee, or any of its members on account of any occurrence on the day of the activity,
(2.) Agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Allied War veterans and the Parade Committee and
its individual members from and against any and all actions, claims, damages, injuries, losses,
penalties of every name and nature whatsoever arising from or in connection with the participating
organization's participation, or in preparation for participation in this Parade.
5. NO VEHICLES LARGER THAN FOURTEEN (14) WHEELS [INCLUDING CAB] WILL BE ALLOWED!
6. The undersigned organization also affirms that it has been honest in all its representations to the
Parade Committee and that the information supplied is complete and fully descriptive of the
organization, its activities and nature, its members, its purpose, and every other aspect of its being,
which may impact or adversely affect or alter in any way the expression intended as the theme of
this Parade as articulated in the standards and regulations. Section I.

The Parade Committee will review this participation agreement and will notify you in a timely fashion
