    1:00-3:00 PM.

    Agenda:
     Reechoing of the content of CNA (this includes the selection of the design of
    uniform, free drinking water supply, local union office, among others)
     Travel to Bohol in Holy Week
     Financial Report
     First aid guide on suicide prevention
     Other matters

    The following are requested to perform the assigned tasks as indicated below:
    1. Mrs. Aida Resurreccion - Opening Prayer
    2. Ms. Karen O. Ciudadano - Attendance
    3. Mrs. Raquel A. Angeles - Financial Report
    4. Mr. Norberto M. Nataño - Minutes of the Meeting
