• The facilities of the university will only be available to conduct academic, corporate and professional events i.e.
conferences, seminars, trainings, workshops, meetings, professional networking events, etc. Venues and facilities will
neither be made available to political parties nor will they be used for conducting any political activity or event.
• Keeping in mind the decorum of the institution and security conditions, the venues and facilities will be made
available to selected parties only after careful scrutiny and approval.
• Facilities will be made available on the written request submitted well in time by the applicant.
• 50% of the charges will have to be deposited by the applicant for reservation of facility.
