Respected Sir,
I wish to give a complaint against Step1 E Businesses Pvt Ltd located in New
Delhi (Address : C-17, 2nd Floor, Jain Complex, Near OM International
Hotel, Gurunanak Pura, Laxminagar, New Delhi-92 Web Site:
http://step1.in/) for not refunding our refundable security amount
Rs.3,50,000/- ( Three Lakh Fifty Thousand Only).
Sir we are running an IT Firm in Kerala and we had approached the Step1 E
Businesses Pvt Ltd consultant for BPO Project through Mr. Ibrahim (Step1
Representative in Kerala) and web site:www.step1.in. We had contacted Mr.
Abhishek (contact #07840008242) , Mr.Jawed (contact #07840007341) and
Mrs.Swati (contact Mobile#07840007339) for the above said process.
The step1 people are proclaimed that the reputed companies in India
(AADHAAR, Punjab National Bank etc ) and abroad are their clients. This
people are misusing the reputed companies logos in there website for
attracting peoples. We had signed an agreement with them on 04/09/2013
for getting BPO Project ( Aptra Process based in India) and given
 Rs.3,50,000/- amount ( Demand Draft ) to them as a refundable security
deposit.
As per the agreement and authorized emails specifying that the maximum
time limit for the project execution will be 45days else they will return our
security amount within a notice period of 20 working days.
We had waited around 68days for the project to commence. But they are
failed to give us the proposed project. After 50 days they had send us a fake
Work Order Agreement claiming that it was from client side. As per the web
site of government of India (www.mca.gov.in) the client company (APTRA
Private Limited) specified in the agreement does not exist. They are refused
to give us any details of the Client. So we are requested them to refund our
security deposit and given 20 working days for that. After 24 working days
they had send one project cancellation form asking us to sign and send them
back. But we didn’t sign that because we didn’t sign any client side
agreement with them. As per the agreement with step1 it was clearly
mentioned that if we signed in the project cancellation form they are not
liable for any refund.
Sir their intension is not to refund our security deposit amount. This is for
your kind information that we came to know from internet and other sources
that they are cheating people all over India.
So we are requesting you to take necessary action against step1 for the
refunding of our security amount.
We are having all the relevant documents and emails proof related to this
complaint,whenever required we can submit this.
