PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Description

 Design line setup and staking specifications and cable and line extensions
 Assist in the planning, analysis and recommendations in support of new construction of outside plant
network structures and facilities.
 Organize complex activities for the development, implementation and maintenance of engineering
projects
 Utilize a wide range of experience and company objectives to resolve issues in creative and effective
ways
 Utilize a high level of communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive and
productive working relationships
 Perform engineering design evaluations including cost-effective utilization of materials
 Perform administrative work relating to projects and assignments
 Promote a positive change in the company's business strategy through achievement of customer and
internal specific objectives and technological innovation of practical and profitable nature
 Identify pole ownership, right of way and permit requirements for proposed routes
 Assess situations, seek multiple perspectives, gather additional information if necessary, identify key
issues, to solve complex problems

 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer, Telecommunication,


Electrical, Electronics or equivalent)
 At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
 Preferably with experience in OSP, IT, telecommunication or similar field
 Licensed Engineer with AutoCAD skill is an advantage
 Strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work under pressure
 Ability to learn and adapt quickly, willingness to learn diverse systems and technologies
 Detail oriented and well organized

Job Description

 Plan and execute the project plan to deliver the requirements of the scope
 Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress
 Manages project scope, schedule and resources
 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
 Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, eithin scope and within budget
 Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring
technical feasibility.
 Report and escalate to management as needed
 Successfully manage the relationship with the client and allstakeholders
 Manages multiple projects with competing timelines and priorities
 Manages technical complexity and other issues within the project
 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

 Provide first or second level support through diagnosing or troubleshooting problems and implementing
corrective action on client sites
 Timely isolate the problem, identify and follow correct escalation path for issues not resolved at own
level
 Actively monitor ticket assignment for timely resolution of issues or completion of customer concerns
 Proactively raises possible issues that may arise from existing problems or newly implemented change
 Ensure that satisfactory resolution has been executed before putting tickets on resolved state

NETWORK TECHNICIAN

Job Description

 Performs trouble-shooting and maintenance of fiber optic cables


 Performs cable installation and fusion splicing of optical fibers
 Performs technical testing of fiber optic cables in the field using an Optical Time Domain Reflectometer
(OTDR)
 Responsible in determining acceptable losses of transmitted light signals across fusion and mechanical
splices
 Installs and maintains wireless equipment
 Installs and maintains other network equipment
