    Lesson Objectives: These must be SMART objectives – specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time bound
    By the end of the lesson, students will be (better) able to

     Able to retell the story.


     Identify the new vocabulary words. ( bite, chase, scare, shiver, lift up)
     Discover the past tense of the new words.
     Describe characters from the story.

    Students will be rotated around the activities (learning centers) integrating speaking, listening, writing and reading.
    Each activity, the students can select which level of questions they can solve.
    Activity 1:
    Events:
    Complete the missing word and reorder the events of the story. * four printed pages ( the pages include the events
    of the story.) rope to decorate their notebook, and the students may copy the correct spelling of the given card.

    Activity 2:
    Act and guess the words:
    Students will be working as pairs. Each of them will randomly select a card. One of the students will act the
    vocabulary words and the other student should guess the word.
    *two boxes and cards.
    Activity 3:
    Past and present:
    Students will try to match the past of each word to the present.
    *cards, glue, scissors and box.

    Activity 4:
    Description:
    Choose your favorite character ( draw, describe and justify your opinion)

    Students will get a paper; they will choose their favourite, describe and justify their opinion. Students can
    select more than one character and they may write more than two sentences. ( depending on their ability)
