    Your attention is invited to the CPFC's circular no. CSD IV/CPFC/Circulars/2009/7 5216-75466 dated
    07.01.2009 regarding implementation of DIAM .
    In this regard you are requested to provide a brief note on the status of function ing of DIAM in each
    and every Distric t Office as well as each and every Service Centre under your jurisdicti on containing th e
    following points:­
    • Date of comme ncement
    • Infrastructure/ Hardware made available
    • Manpowe r made available
    • Publicity generated to create awareness for the functioning of DIAM
    • Any other comments/ issues
    Please ensure to make the above arrangements in place forthwith, if not done already and make t he
    DIAM programme ope rational as supportive arrangement to prov ide information t o ou r cust omers at
    Distri ct Office/ Service Centre level itself.
    Kindly consider it urgent. The status repo rt should reach thrs office by 10.02.2009.
