    Every Sunday, go through each Forex pair and check the three timeframes. Mark the ones that
    show an interesting market with an X. Leave the rest blank.

    Next step: go through each market where you marked an X once again and create a detailed
    trading plan and map out potential trade ideas.

    Repeat the process every Tuesday and Thursday. Mid-week updates are usually shorter.
