    ACE-EX ADMIX

    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
    ACE-EX Admix is reactive additive formulated to accelerate the setting time and reduce
    the Demoulding time of cement based compositions in precast elements.&Steel
    Reinforced concrete & Glassfiber reinforced Concrete ( GFRC)
    PURPOSE:
    To accelerate & speed up the setting time,reduce the de moulding time of concrete
    /cementetious products.It also increases the compressive strength of the concrete
    ,Mortar,pre cast elements. It reduces the shrinkage in concrete

    USAGE:
    It is to be used as a additive based on the cementitious content in the mix to increase the
    compressive strength , & shorten ,reduce the setting time of the pre cast element

    DOSAGE:
    Recommended dosage for concrete/mortar/Pre cast,GFRC product is 0.5 to 5 % on
    cementitious content in the Concrete mix design,.

    ADVANTAGES:
     Totally chloride free ,so safe to be used in reinforced pre cast elements
     Promotes early strength
     Possibility to optimize cement content by 20 % & also dosage of Plasticizer
     Good workability with reduced water : cement ratios
     Also acts as a viscosity modifying agent & decreases segregation
     Accelerates the cement Hydration process there by helps in achieving high early
    strength
     Improves the Toughness,Shear,tensile strength & Flexural strength of concrete
     It reduces the shrinkage occurring in cement based compositions

     Decorative & Industrial GFRC & Pre cast concrete / Elements
     Architectural Concrete Pre cast & Concrete Fascade
     Decorative Paver blocks, Tiles.
     Foamed concrete
     AAC concrete
     Cementetious Grouts
     Ready Mix Concrete/Site mix Concretes
     Light weight pre cast elements
     Ready Mix Mortars
     Glass fiber Reinforced Concrete

    Application Guidelines:
    It should always be dry blended with cementitious material.

    Note: if slump loss is observed, then the dosage of plasticizer & water has to be adjusted as per
    the working & placement requirements

    Application temperature Minimum 10 to 15 Deg Cent
    Pot Life (Mixed Materials) Max 15 to 25 Minutes **

    Shelf Life: 6 Months if stored in a cold & dry Place
