Re: Notice of Dishonor and Demand for Payment

Dear Madam:

This is to advise you that BPI Check No. 0000166864 dated October 13,
2016 in the amount of Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php
860,000.00) you issued in favor of CASTILLO LENDING INC., represented
by Emilio P. Castillo has been dishonored when presented for payment on
October 20, 2016 by reason of CLOSED ACCOUNT.

When you issued said check, you assured our company that there are more
than sufficient funds in your bank account to cover the said amount.
However, the check was returned dishonored.

Pursuant to the provision of Batas Pambansa No. 22, final demand is now
made upon you to make good of your obligation within five (5) days from
receipt hereof. Otherwise, our company will be constrained to hire the
services of a lawyer to file the necessary criminal action against you.

Please be guided accordingly.

RE: NOTICE OF DISHONOR OF CHECK

Dear Madam:

I regret to advise you that your BPI Check No. 0000166864 issued by you
in payment of __________________________ has been dishonored by the
drawee bank for the reason: account closed.

Pursuant to the provision of Batas Pambansa No. 22 in conjunction with


Republic Act 4885, I would ask you to make necessary arrangement for the
payment in full by the drawee bank of your check within five (5) banking days
after receipt of this notice. Needless to state, in this connection, your failure
to do so is a prima facie evidence of deceit constituting false pretense or
fraudulent act punishable under the law.

Please be guided accordingly.
