    education for all is to improve the quality of basic education for all, since the improvement of

    education is undeniable for a country; being the key element in each country and among nations.

    this program gives place because there are still many people
    in the world excluded from education at an early age; Even
    those who are in the education system receive a lower quality
    education.

    The plan emphasizes that every child, youth and adult should
    take advantage of educational opportunities to satisfy their
    learning needs, including essential tools so that they develop
    skills, attitudes and habits that contribute to their mental and
    social well-being.

    The main objective is to accelerate progress towards


    universal quality primary education.

    At the same time, the world has to face the problem of


    education and that it is important to develop education in all
    countries, both industrialized and developing, since access to
    knowledge and new skills help to improve the quality of life

    The efa plan develops a measurement system strengthening


    prebasic education where the teaching resource is of equal
    quality basic education, educational networks and basic
    bilingual education.

    In conclusion, the plan has a positive impact to reduce the


    index of children excluded from education and that each
    country may have changes in the welfare of individuals and
    therefore a quality education, this implies the transfer ofO
    knowledge at an early age, waiting quality results and the
    efficiency of training
