    That I, CHARLES CONRAD D. VIVAR of legal age, Filipino, single , residing at


    720 INT. 8 BOHOL ST. SAMPALOC, MANILA for and in consideration in the amount of
    PESOS: THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS ( P 30,000.00 ), Philippines Currency, and other
    valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged from JOHN D.
    MENDOZA likewise of legal age, married, residing at 2200-B MINDANAO ST.
    SAMPALOC, MANILA hereby SELLS, TRANSFER and CONVEYS and by these
    presents have SOLD, TRANSFERRED AND CONVEYED unto said VENDEE the
    following motor vehicle describe as follow:

    Of which I am the absolute owner.

    that I will defend the title of the VENDEE from any claims of whatever kind or nature from
    third person.
