She was accepted into a boarding school supported by an aid organization that provides scholarships for lodging, books, and fees to gifted girls who cannot otherwise continue their studies. Souad tutored younger girls in return for being able to complete her high school education. She was grateful for the opportunity and did not want the same life as her mother. The organization hopes to increase the number of girls receiving scholarships to finish their schooling.
