    NOTE: The documents to be enclosed and information:

    1. Covering letter from the college Principal & Chairman NSS


    2. Special Camp proposal dully filled with under signed by PO and Principal
    3. Pre Camp survey report
    4. List of Participants 50 with their signatures
    5. Route Map from college to camp place
    6. If any volunteer drops or added revised list of the participants has to be send to the
    office.
    7. After receiving Grants from the NSS Cell, Osmania University conduct the Special
    Camp with prior information.
    8. The 1st day of the Special Camp the information has to reach to the NSS Cell,
    Osmania University i.e. camp has started.

    The Special Camp proposal is in order. Proposal may be accepted and a grant of
    Rs. 22,500/- may be sanctioned. The Camp proposal is not in order. Hence the proposal may be
    rejected.
