The checklist outlines the documents required for the Indian Driver License Verification process and clarifies the process if there are name differences between documents.

The required documents include a valid Indian driver's license, passport, license details from sarathi.nic.in or a letter from the license issuing authority, photograph, and appointment confirmation.

You can either get the name difference notarized in Australia or get an affidavit from an Indian court confirming the names belong to the same person and get it attested by the Indian Consulate.
