Conditions of Use shall be filed with the Board of Grievances in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and you hereby consent and
submit to the jurisdiction of the Board of Grievances for the purposes of litigating anysuch lawsuit. If any provision of
these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from
these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement
between us relating to the subject matter herein.
