    Maintain cash and prepare fooding statement in a week for sub-contractor.
    Preparation of site status report
    Contact with vendor for purchase material like safety shoes, helmets, gloves etc.
    Banking work like cheaque deposit, cash withdraw etc.
    Entry all voucher in system like payment, purchase voucher etc.
    Record maintain of all old staff & new staff.
    Maintain Attendance work.
    Coordination with planning and billing department to raise funds from
    department.
    Maintaining Proper accounting and supplier & subcontractor bills verification and
    assessing.
    Coordination with Client for timely payment.
    Responsible for accounts, stores, administration and purchase function at site.
