HCO- have manually adjustable stroke length and frequency. SOIM - pulsation damper for 4x6 or 6x8 LDPE tubing.
HPV - have low level float switch and external pacing contacts. MIX - mixer with fast or slow speeds.
This model forces the water to rotate. This action forces the water
against the chamber wall, whilst allowing the lighter air bubbles to
gather in the centre of the chamber. The bubbles then rise to the top
from where they are vented to the outside via an automatic air vent.
Dirt particles heavier than water will collect in the bowl shaped lower
section of the air separator. These can be readily removed through
the bottom drain plug.
Larger sizes
up to 600mm
are available
on request
Also available with WELD ends from 25mm to 150mm nominal size. Flow rates are based on water flow through BS1387 Medium pipes.

Nominal size DN150 and larger are fitted with feet as standard.
This model slows the velocity of the water in its enlarged chamber,
where the water impacts onto a dynamic concentrator. The
concentrator merges bubbles and micro-bubbles using the
principles of cohesion, which then float to the top from where they
are vented to the outside.
