1. Preparing sampel
1 mL blood sample
Poured into test tube
Stirred
added with 1 mL Ba(OH)2 0,3 N
Mixed with mL ZnSO4.7H2O 5%
Mixed
Added2 mL (NH4)2SO4 0,5 N
Stayed for 15 minutes
Centrifuged 15 minutes in 3500 rpm
Decantace

Filtrate residue
taken 1 mL
added 5 drops burette
changing color
sample zero protein

2. Determining glucose content in blood


1 mL blood sample zero protein
Poured into test tube
Added 3 mL Cu alkalis
Inserted in boiling water for 15 minutes
Inserted in cooled water 10 minutes
Added 3-5 drops 2 drops arsenomolybdat
Mixed
Read adsorbance with spectrotonic 20 in wave 660 nm

Making of standard Curve

[0,3 mg/ml] [0,5 mg/ml] [0,7 mg/ml] [0,9 mg/ml]
