Target Rock Corp.

Full P&L responsibility for manufacturing of capital equipment. Fully vertical integrated production.
Maintaining all GSA and government contract responsibilities, from Project Scope, Statement of Work,
and Deliverables. Responsible for physical construction and implementation throughout the country.
Directed all four company divisions, AFC production, AGSA Trucking, AGS Construction, and Best
Mounting Corp. and a fully functioning carton and container business unit manufacturing wooden crates
and boxes our manufacturing business as well as number of our outside customers.

Full P&L and quality responsibility for fifty million dollar aerospace project/test equipment capital
equipment business including; Sales, Production, Engineering, and Material Control.
The business consisted of approximately thirty five million dollars in annual sales of high end capital
equipment systems with the US Army helicopter repair, US Air Force aircraft repair, the US Navy
aircraft and Aircraft Carrier services as well as US Marine Corp maintenance depots around the world.
Tasked with overseeing government contracts, from Project Scope, Statement of Work, and
Deliverables. Responsible for physical construction and implementation of all system projects
throughout the country.
GENERAL Management & Engineering,
Siemens Energy & Automation (Controlotron Corp), Hauppauge, NY 2003 2008
Management of all aspects of the Ultrasonic instruments, for Pipe Line products with a total of fifty
million dollars in annual sales. This included electronic manufacturing, product design, assembly, metal
fabrication and machining. Secured a new facility, and directed the facility layout and equipment
installation. Business was sold and this location was Closed.
Established work flow process for production product line. Functional responsibilities included all
general management operational tasks; sales, engineering and design, material control, supply chain
management, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, and human resources. Responsibilities also
included full P&L for this product line.
Managed large scale Ultrasonic measurement systems projects, sales and project management.
Developed an Inside Sales support program, creating annual sales increases of $200,000 monthly.
Implemented ISO9001- 2000 within the design engineering department.
Decreased operating expenses by $700 thousand annually through lean manufacturing concepts.
Instituted product outsourcing to reduce capital investments lowering overhead costs $50,000/ month.
Managed projects such as Boston Logan Airport aircraft fueling system, which included flow
measurement equipment and construction requirements to adapt to our ultrasonic equipment.

Manufacture, sales and distribution of pharmaceutical, medical and laboratory vacuum concentrators for
DNA analysis. Corporate consolidations closed this location.
Maintained operational and manufacturing responsibly for $250 million annually.
Managed inside sales, customer service, inventory, distribution and manufacturing of the
pharmaceutical and laboratory instruments capital equipment business unit.
Implemented a DSO (days sales outstanding) improvement program reducing accounts receivable.
Responsible for management of a $60 Million annual operating budget.
Directed Data Works ERP implementation while setting up data mapping for SAP implementation.

Teaching Curriculum
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING Minor: Created and presented for approval to the CEAS, Curriculum & Teaching
Policy Committee (CTPC) committee a new curriculum (minor) in Industrial Engineering to be offered by the
Department of Technology & Society. Proposal was unanimously approved by the committee with some minor
edits.
Created two (2) new Industrial Engineering undergraduate courses (in accordance with ABET accreditation
requirements); Introduction to Industrial Engineering, and Advanced Industrial Engineering. Submitted to the
CEAS CTPC committee and was unanimously approved without and changes.
