    YAA MAFZA-E'E I'NDA KURBATEE O my Ultimate Sanctuary when troubles


    WA YAA GHAWTHEE I'NDA SHIDDATEE surround me!
    ILAYKA FAZIA TU WA BIKASTAGHATH- O my Last Hope when difficulties trouble
    TU me!
    WA BIKA LUD'TU LAA ALOOD'U BI- Unto Thee I turn to, before Thee I stand to
    SIWAAKA get help,
    WA LAA AT'LUBUL FARAJA ILLAA with Thee I take refuge, except Thee there is
    MINKA FA-AGHITHNEE no refuge;
    WA FARRIJ A'NNEE YAA MAN I do not seek joy after sorrow from anyone
    YAQBALULYASEER save Thee,
    WA YAA-FOO A'NIL KATHEER IQBAL so come to my help and free me from cares
    MINNIL YASEERA O He who accept even the smallest (efforts)
    WAA'-FU A'NNIL KATHEER but excuses from restrictions, accept
    INNAKA ANTAL GHAFOORUR RAH'EEM whatever little there is and release from
    ALLAAHUMMA INNEE AS-ALUKA hardships frequently, Verily Thou art Oft-
    EEMAANAN forgiving, Merciful.
    TUBAASHIRU BIHEE QALBEE O Allah I ask for the faith which gives joy,
    WA YAQEENAN H'ATTAA AA'-LAMA satisfaction and confidence to my heart
    ANNAHU LAN YUS'EEBANEE ILLAA till I am positively aware that I will not have
    MAA KATABTA LEE my fill
    WA RAZ'Z'INEE MINAL A'YSHI BIMAA unless it has been approved for me,
    QASAMTA LEE and happiness will agree with me only
    YAA ARH'AMAR RAAH'IMEEN whereby justly and fairly distributed,
    YAA U'DDATEE FEE KURBATEE O the Most Merciful.
    WA YAA S'AAH'IBEE FEE SHIDDATEE O my "means" in my troubles!
    WA YAA WALIYYEE FEE NIA'-MATEE O my Companion in my difficulties!
    WA YAA GHAAYATEE FEE RAGHBATEE O my Guardian in my happiness!
    ANTAS SAATIRU A'WRATEE WAL O the ultimate of my inclinations!
    AAMINU ROO-A'TEE Thou covers up my shortcomings, affords
    WAL MUQEELU A'THRATEE security in the event of crisis end fearful
    FAGHFIRLEE KHAT'EEE-ATEE disasters, therefore, overlook my
    YAA ARH'AMAR RAAH'IMEEN transgressions,
    O the Most Merciful.
