All weather surface treatment

Hot dip galvanization and outdoor surface anticorrosion painting techniques, such as
Dacromet, are used for iron based metal parts, such as truss, to meet long-term
anticorrosion requirements.

Radiant heater
Heats the internal mechanical parts of the escalator in moderate regions with ambient
temperatures above -10oC.

Blast heater
Heats the internal mechanical parts of the escalator in extremely cold regions.

Handrail heater
Used for melting ice on the handrail

Comb heater
Used for heating the engaged position of the comb and steps, thus melting frozen ice on
the comb and floorplate.

Temperature sensor
Regulates the internal temperature of the escalator. If the internal temperature drops below
the preset temperature, the sensor will turn on the heating controls of the appropriate
heating devices.

Chain cover
Used for protecting chain drive parts and diverting rainwater away from the drive chain.

Water level switch

Monitors pit water accumulation level, and activates when the water level rises above the
preset limit.
