INTRODUCTION
The methodology describes in the previous chapter provide the baseline for data gathering. In this chapter the presentation of data is systematically linked
the following will be use used to analyze data and description of sample, main result, discussion, presentation and interpretation of data.
This chapter will focus on the analysis and interpretation of data that was collected for this study. The purpose of interpreting the data is to reduce it to an
intelligible and interpretable form so that the relation on the research problems can be studied and tested and conclusion drawn.
A. IDENTIFICATION OF NEEDS
This research study undertook the documentation and analysis from past up to present the best solution for the juvenile offender will be a rehabilitative service.
Based on the data that have been gathered, organized and analyzed through research and related case studies for the development of the of the study, there are
several needs and to be considered in order to develop and enhance the capability of juvenile delinquency.
The need for a place that can be called second home.
A place for more better than their usual home that will help them to change their views in life.

A need for a place that will help juvenile delinquents change toward better living with the help of rehabilitating program
The need for social interaction on both the staff and other delinquents that will advantageously help for their healing development so that they can proud
for integration in the society over again
The need of the juvenile delinquency to feel full satisfaction through competent and through sports activities they can express their anxiety. It would be
helpful for their healing productivity and spatial comfort.
The strengthen the juvenile delinquents religious ties and spiritual values in order so eventually uplift and bring up their morality and productivity as
good member of their community.
B. RESTATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
Juvenile delinquents are coming into the juvenile justice system with an array of problems that have caused them to commit delinquent acts. Once juvenile
delinquents finish their sentience, they must re-enter society. Overcrowded centers that the delinquent cant move or they cant treat themselves.
No educational facilities that offer landscaped space that promotes outdoor exercise, recreation, sports, and group activities found in the country. Treatment
facilities that the juvenile offender can be treated recover from the trauma. Making sure the juvenile delinquent has realistic and obtainable resources and means to
make it in society. Making sure the juvenile delinquent is fully aware and ready for the transition back into society
Many juvenile delinquents, male and female are faced with issues such as poverty, substance abuse, and being victims of child abuse and rape .Any of these
issues can trigger the juvenile to lash out and commit delinquent acts. The juvenile delinquent commits the delinquent act, is found guilty, and they serve time in a
correctional facility. They go through the juvenile justice system and they get the opportunity to have a second chance.

C. RECOMMENDATION
Considering all the data and facts about behavioral analysis of juvenile delinquent and all other information on related cases studies , it is timely enough to act
on it .The proponents is recommend the establish of a therapeutic and rehabilitation center covering the behavior of the patients.
This proposal intends for the provision for the users improvement, health facilities or simply a rehabilitation center for treatment and the provision for
socialization, preparation for integration in the society and self-enrichment with others.
Create an environment setting that act in accordance to design standards in constructing juvenile delinquency center.
Standardize the facilities that will supplement the needs of youth with the consideration on their behavior order those enhance facilities to help out their
healing process.
Create an aesthetically but functionally pleasing healing environment which would implement uniqueness and efficiency suited for the youth offender
behavior.
Establishing spiritual activities to train and guide the youth in right path and help them to recover religiously.
Establish functional characteristic of space in relation to the juvenile behavior to built a foundation as a tool to enhance their therapeutic condition.
Create a therapeutic recreation that the juvenile can play.
Use proper space planning in the design that promotes easy activity flow and easy usage.
Use therapeutic environment the youth can treat their selves.

D. DESIGN PROPOSAL
Based on the problem, identification of needs, recommendation and further studies, the rehabilitation center will be the best proposed project for this problem.
This will be big help for the development of juvenile delinquency.
Here are some of the design proposals to further strengthen the study:
A place that will illustrate family ties, spiritual and home based virtues in terms of environment in order to lead juvenile delinquents on the right course
of life.
An enhance design area and space design that gives the needs of the juvenile delinquents and their behaviors to achieve comfort and satisfaction.
Spatial zoning is in effect the users behavior to maximize it usage and development the maximum function.
Facilities for learning, recreation and open areas that should be accommodate the number of the juvenile delinquent and must be flexible for further
development.
Areas for recreational activities that can be utilize in their free time and to promote social interaction to other delinquents which can also a big help for
their reformatory.
