Cupertino: 5145 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Santa Clara, at the VTA
Bus Stop near Bed, Bath and Beyond. Please be advised, use of the
Retail Business parking lots is for patrons only, vehicles found in
violation will be towed at owners
expense.

Sunnyvale: 653 West Fremont Avenue, Sunnyvale, curbside at the

VTA Bus Stop. Visa parking permitted at Sunnyvale Seventh-Day
Adventist (SDA) Church, 653 West Fremont Avenue, Sunnyvale. Use

Bus signage is displayed on all of the Visa buses.

Please refer to Exhibit A.

Exhibit A

Signage is on the side door of the bus and in the front window, as
shown below. The bus sign will read Metro and will include the
route name. For example, the Hayward route will read: Metro /
Hayward; the San Ramon/Dublin route will read: Metro / San
Ramon-Dublin; and so on.

Visa badge readers have been installed in all the Visa buses. All
employees are required to scan / show their badge to the driver
when boarding the bus. Drivers have the right to refuse access if

Forgot your Visa badge?

Give your name and employee number to the driver and show a
photo ID. This information will be recorded and verified by Visa at
the end of the drivers shift.

Emergency Ride Home

San Mateo County Program provides Bay Area
employees who experience an unforeseen
situation/emergency and who commuted to work by
shuttle, biking, walking, carpooling, vanpooling, or riding
transit with a means of getting home (taxi) on the day
the situation/emergency occurred. The Program is for
employees only and is offered during the office hours
8:00 AM 5:00 PM only.

Foster City Employees:

How to Obtain a Voucher * - (during office hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM only)

If eligible, you will be contacted and provided
with a voucher to be used for your emergency
ride home.

Before 8:00 AM or After 5:00 PM - Please work with your

manager to see if you qualify to expense your emergency
ride home. If approved, the cost will come out of your
department cost center.

* The County Program will NOT reimburse after-the-fact

for an emergency ride home. Only vouchers pre-
approved and distributed by Security will qualify for
reimbursement.
