Societies (IFRC) is the world's largest humanitarian network that
reaches 150 million people in 190 National Societies through the
work of over 17 million volunteers.
Together, we act before, during and after disasters and health

Doctors Without Borders

We are Doctors Without Borders/Mdecins Sans Frontires


(MSF). We help people worldwide where the need is greatest,
delivering emergency medical aid to people affected by conflict,

Green Peace

Greenpeace is a non-governmental[3] environmental


organization with offices in over 40 countries and with an
international coordinating body in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
[4] Founded by Canadian and US ex-pat environmental activists
in 1971, Greenpeace states its goal is to "ensure the ability of
the Earth to nurture life in all its diversity"[5] and focuses its
campaigning on worldwide issues such as climate change,
deforestation, overfishing, commercial whaling, genetic
engineering, and anti-nuclear issues.

Citizens for Local Democracy (C4LD)

ALDA is a nongovernmental organisation dedicated to the


promotion of good governance, citizen participation and
cooperation between local authorities and civil society.
Young- Youth Organisations Unified For New Generations: The
aim of this project is to strengthen the role of civil society in
promoting democratic reform through the role of the Youth
Council of the City of Mostar. A new Youth Council (YC) has
been registered and consists of a network of local non-
governmental, non-profit, apolitical youth NGOs that work with
the youth and for the youth. As a new organization, the YC
needs improvements in communication as well as in building its
capacities. The project promotes new developments and brings
changes; information and awareness of work, Project aims:
Training and continuing education; building community
leadership and motivating young people to be active citizens;
strengthening public participation in the development of
communities and societies.
General goal of the project: to improve the conditions and
situation of youth in society in the city of Mostar in accordance
with the Youth Act of Federation BiH.

CAVEAT (Canadians Against Violence)

CAVEAT is a grass-roots charitable organization serving as a


non-partisan voice for all Canadians, working together for safety,
peace, and justice. Our means of support is a community of
Canadian shaken by senseless acts of violence and injustice.
Our membership consists of victims, the general public, and
includes a large youth contingent. The fact that over 80% of our
members are not yet direct victims of violent crime gives our
work balance and perspective. It shows that Canadians are
deeply concerned about crime and public safety.

Street Kids International

Street Kids International (or Street Kids) is a Canadian-based


non-governmental organization founded by Peter Dalglish, Chris
Lowry and Frank O'Dea in 1988.[1] The organization focuses on
providing street youth with the opportunity to lead safer and
better lives through three main programme avenues: street
health, street work and street rights. In 2008, Street Kids
International expanded its operations to the United Kingdom with
Street Kids International UK.

International PEN

PEN International promotes literature and freedom of


expression and is governed by the PEN Charter and the
principles it embodies: unhampered transmission of thought
within each nation and between all nations.
PEN International is the worlds leading association of writers,
working to promote literature and defend freedom of expression
around the world. PEN was founded by the British poet,
playwright and peace activist C.A. Dawson-Scott, as an
international club providing space for writers to share ideas and
as a forum, uniting writers irrespective of their culture, language
or political opinion. Today PEN International connects an
international community of writers from its Secretariat in London,
spanning over 100 countries, with 149 PEN Centres worldwide.
