PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MyXMR System provides complete end-to-end solution to run health facilities profitably; the
opportunity for healthcare organizations to improve quality of care and patient safety. The greatest
challenge in the new world of integrated healthcare delivery is to provide comprehensive, reliable,
relevant, accessible, cost saving and timely patient information to each member of the healthcare team,
whether in primary or secondary care and whether a doctor, nurse, allied health professional, or
patient/consumer.
MyXMR System automates and streamlines the clinician's workflow generate complete record of a
clinical patient encounter, as well as supporting other care-related activities directly or indirectly via an
interface including evidence-based decision support, quality management, and outcomes reporting.
MyXMR also represents a huge potential for cost savings and decreasing workplace inefficiencies. No
longer are paper-based record systems fulfilling the needs of clinicians, and related healthcare workers.
GENERAL FEATURES

THE DESIGN PRINCIPLES
Our goal is to help transform any hospital where our solution is used through Information Technology by
implementing successfully a cost-effective integrated Electronic Health Information System. In achieving
this, we have employed the following as our overriding design principles:
Practicality of use We did away with staple elements of most legacy computer applications
and focused on what is needed at each stage as you navigate through the application. Of what
use are menus, buttons and options that are not relevant to the task being done.
Let the Computer do the work - We hid the heavy tasks away from users as much as possible,
by preempting what users expectations should be at each task point ahead of the users getting
to such points.
Safe-not-to-Save Policy We do not believe in tasking the users with the responsibilities of
having to remember to save their work as they go along or having to commit we have too
much on our human minds to add such mundane tasks to our list of things-to-do, so MyXMR
ensures users work is saved per stroke, nothing is ever lost.
There is always more than one way We strongly believe in options, users should have diverse
options and choose which best suits their style of work. We strive to build options into as many
steps and tasks as possible
MyXMR is designed to benefit both healthcare providers and administrative staffs of different categories
Small practices
4 AMPERSAND LOGISTICS
We tasked ourselves with the following as the minimum benefits that should be realized with a
successful implementation.

encounters more quickly, further increasing their ability to see more patients,
Increased collections: MyXMR provides physicians with the necessary documentation to support
billing and claims sent to insurance companies and Medicare.
Improve quality of care: MyXMR has features such as integrated drug databases, symptom
checks and drug interaction verification that will help physicians prescribe the correct
medications and dosages.

IMPLEMENTATION OPTIONS
Our solution is platform-agnostic, we have been able to deploy across different hardware, Operating
Systems and Network architectures. The solution can be consumed with any modern browser with no
need for extra plugins or extensions to make it run.
Some of our existing users have the solution running off on-site servers with equal mix of Windows
Operating System and Unix/Linux boxes; a sizable number of small practices run it off Cloud Servers,
while our multi-site clients enjoy uninterrupted access to the application and patients records across all
their locations through our Fat-Client deployment architecture centered around our Health Information
Exchange Module (H.I.E.).
Regardless of the size of your practice, our solution will work just right.
COSTING
Costing is spread across the following cost centers:
CONCLUSION
We believe our system would transform your practice significantly and fulfill the stated objectives in
making your hospital a patient centered and friendly hospital, the best place for healthcare workers to
work and learn, easy for your management to administer the hospital effectively while at the same time
increasing efficiency and quality of care offered to your patient.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
AMPERSAND LOGISTICS is an indigenous company and a leading medical document and records
management solutions with the following core capacities;
Health information and data. Having immediate access to key information - such as patients'
diagnoses, allergies, lab test results, and medications - would improve caregivers' ability to make
sound clinical decisions in a timely manner.
Result management. The ability for all providers participating in the care of a patient in multiple
settings to quickly access new and past test results would increase patient safety and the
effectiveness of care.
Order management. The ability to enter and store orders for prescriptions, tests, and other
services in a computer-based system should enhance legibility, reduce duplication, and improve
the speed with which orders are executed.
Decision support. Using reminders, prompts, and alerts, computerized decision-support systems
would help improve compliance with best clinical practices, ensure regular screenings and other
preventive practices, identify possible drug interactions, and facilitate diagnoses and treatments.
Electronic communication and connectivity. Efficient, secure, and readily accessible
communication among providers and patients would improve the continuity of care, increase
the timeliness of diagnoses and treatments, and reduce the frequency of adverse events.
Patient support. Tools that give patients access to their health records, provide interactive
patient education, and help them carry out home-monitoring and self-testing can improve
control of chronic conditions, such as diabetes.
Administrative processes. Computerized administrative tools, such as scheduling systems, would
greatly improve hospitals' and clinics' efficiency and provide more timely service to patients.
Reporting. Electronic data storage that employs uniform data standards will enable health care
organizations to respond more quickly to federal, state, and private reporting requirements,
including those that support patient safety and disease surveillance."
Compliance: Policies and/or regulations are complied with and operational efficiency is
enhanced.
