WH AT TO EXPECT TOD AY
Worship: a time to connect with God through song and prayer.
Feel free to stand and sing with us as we praise God through
singing by following the on-screen lyrics. A typical service lasts
about 65 minutes.
Offering: We give tithes and offerings as a part of worship in
obedience, celebration, and thanksgiving to the Lord. Its also just
our way of saying, We love our church and we want to support
it! If you are a guest, you are not expected or obligated to give.
Children: We have a fully-staffed Nursery for ages three and
below. Kids ages 4-12 will be dismissed during the service to the
childrens chapel to be taught by Pastor Linda and her staff.
Message: The teaching time seeks to communicate biblical truth
in compelling, relevant ways. All of our messages are available
as podcast on our website www.estillnaz.org or through iTunes.

Response: When God is speaking, we take time to respond.

Most of the time this is after the message, but at other times it
may be in the middle of the service. An invitation is never needed
if you want to pray at the altar.
Communion: We take time monthly to celebrate Communion
and welcome all followers of Jesus Christ to participate in this act
of worship and remembrance regardless of membership or
denomination.

East Tennessee District at TNT in April. Several of our youth will be
attending our annual Winter Retreat in Pigeon Forge, TN. This is a
bonding time for our group where they relax and just let God speak. If
you would like to sponsor a youth to attend these events, please see
Pastor Thomas.
You can also support our teens by participating in our...

NAZARENE MISSIONS INTERNATIONAL

Valentines for Jesus Offering
Each year our district designates a special project for this
offering. This years project is for the Persecuted Christians.
Christians make up a small minority in the Middle East. Believers who
face persecution for their faith can experience family and community
estrangement, injury, homelessness, and unemployment. Nazarenes in
the Middle East are reaching out to the persecuted with a hand of love,
fellowship, and relief.
This fund is designed to help individuals and families with short-term
assistance during a crisis, medical assistance in the case of injury, or
even small loans to help victims get back on their feet. You can join
with our Nazarene brothers and sisters as they respond with
compassion to believers persecuted for their faith.
A $25 donation can provide medicines for an individual in need.
A $50 donation can provide food for a family of four for one week.
A $500 donation can provide shelter for one month.
To participate in this project, place your donation in the offering plate
and mark it Valentines for Jesus. You may give towards this project
now thru the end of February.

Lindsays music mirrors her personality. It is vivacious, joyful

and relentlessly enthusiastic while maintaining an uncanny ability to
speak with honesty and vulnerability about life as it is. And about life as
it should be. As a wife and mother I know life can get crazy at times. But
even simple experiences with my two-year old son can jolt me back to
the realization of how much God loves me. In His eyes, we are all like
little children. Not only has that made me thankful for even the smallest
of blessings, but it compels me to focus on the nature of redemption. I
want to sing to those wounded hearts that wonder where God has gone,
who feel like their time is past, or may feel like they have blown it and
God cannot use them. I want to tell them, Its not over. Its never over.
Regardless of your situation, there is nothing that is beyond His
redemption.
By the time Lindsay graduated from high school there was no
doubt in her mind about her future calling. She packed her bags and
headed for Nashville where she earned a degree in business with an
emphasis on music industry from Trevecca Nazarene University.

MICAH 6:8 MINISTRY from Sandy Schefcik

Did You Know that Sunday, January 22, marks the tragic 44th
anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court decisions that legalized
abortion for all nine months of pregnancy? Since that day, more than
59 million babies have been aborted in the United States, including
more than 620,000 in Tennessee alone. The soul of our nation has
been damaged, and we have been forever changed. Many in America
thought that with the high court rulings, the matter of abortion would go
into the history books as settled. But thankfully, there were those who
knew that just because abortion was legal didn't mean that abortion
was right. Throughout the years pro-abortion activists have
underestimated the conviction and dedication of pro-life
Americans. For 44 years, advocates have refused to give up on
children and their mothers. Together we are making a measurable
difference in the struggle for hearts and minds.
