enhance student enrollment and retention with particular emphasis to Early College, Dual Enrollment, and
Promise for the Future programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain strategic recruitment program that includes recruitment of
students, K-12 partnerships, business/industry relations and community/civic events. Attend
career and job fairs, high school visits, fall tour, workshops, and conferences; analyze enrollment
trends, evaluate data to determine recruitment program effectiveness. Conduct research, analyzing
