Re: Absence without leave
Dear Mr. __________
This is to inform you regarding of your absences dated as follows;

Records mentioned above shows that you have failed to report for duty
without a proper leave for an inconsiderable number of times.
Failure of the employee to inform his employer/superior of their absences
without justification or approval is considered as an absence without leave
and shall constitute a violation under article 282 of the Labor code, which is
a ground for termination.
Under article 282 of the labor code:
An employer may terminate an employment for any of the following causes:
1. Serious misconduct or willful disobedience by the employee of the
lawful orders of his employer or representative in connection with his
work;
2. Gross habitual neglect by the employee of his duties;

5. Other causes analogous to the foregoing.
We are giving you five (5) days from receipt to explain your side for a fair
and reasonable opportunity to be heard before such violation of your
tardiness would result to your termination.
