Absence on pre-agreed and pre-announced Critical Work Day where an CLASS C
employee has been notified to report for said days.

This will serve as your Final Written Warning

All the foregoing warrants the possible corrective action of: 2 days suspension

Failure or refusal to reply to this notice within the period provided, or to attend the Admin Hearing
date shall be interpreted as your submission to have the charge(s) against you evaluated and
resolved based solely on the records at hand.
