Introduce students to band, teaching all instruments. Provide students with
opportunities to learn and develop their skills. Set attainable goals, and
recognize outstanding performance. Organize participation in contests and
events including logistics for travel. Guide students in preparing for college, and
write letters of recommendation. Manage sound and lighting systems for all
events in the auditorium. Build rapport with students who speak English as a
second language.
