    1) The Chief Medical Officer of Health for Uttar Dinajpur instructs all medical officers and organizations to replace DT vaccine with DPT vaccine for children aged 5 years, in accordance with instructions from the ADHS. 2) The replacement is to be implemented during all routine immunization sessions and DPT vaccine should be indented instead of DT vaccine from the Chief Medical Officer's office. 3) The exercise to replace DT with DPT vaccine for 5-year-olds will start once existing DT vaccine stocks are exhausted.
