Context of the lesson
This lesson is for foundation stage 2 students are going to learn numbers from 11-20.
Teaching goal
The overall aim of this lesson is learn numbers from 11-20.
Learning objectives
o Identify numbers from 11-20.
o Order numbers from 11-20 correctly from the smallest to the biggest.
o Write numbers from 11-20.
o Match the numbers with object (15 eggs).
Assumptions about prior learning
o Some students may able to count from 11-20 or more.
o Some students may able to order numbers from 11-20
o Some students may able to write the numbers correctly.
o Some students may able to match numbers with objects properly.
Anticipated problems and possible solutions
o Some students may not able to identify numbers from 11-20, so I will play a video to help them identifying
the numbers correctly.
o Some students may not able to write the numbers correctly, so I will let them to practice writing on the small
boards.
o Some students may not able to match the numbers with objects, so I will do practice with them before they
do the activities.
