    MULTIPLAN LAUNCHES 2 nd PHASE OF RIBEIROSHOPPING MEDICAL CENTER,


    WHICH WILL TOTAL 6,200 SQ.M.
    Rio de Janeiro, November 10th, 2016 MULTIPLAN EMPREENDIMENTOS IMOBILIRIOS S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA:
    MULT3) announces that, due to the successful leasing of the 1st phase of RibeiroShopping Medical Center, the Company
    brings forward the development of the projects 2nd phase, adding to the Medical Center 2,000 sq.m. of Gross Leasable
    Area (GLA). The two phases compose RibeiroShoppings 9th Expansion, which will have 6,200 sq.m. of GLA, and are
    scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2017. The investment for the 2nd phase will be R$12.0 million.
    After the projects delivery, the shopping center will have a total GLA of 74,842 sq.m., becoming Multiplans second largest
    mall by Gross Leasable Area.
    About the Medical Center:
    The project will bring together several medical specialties, such as diagnostic imaging centers, clinical laboratories and a
    modular auditorium with 150 seats, directed to events and courses. The Medical Center will diversify the services offered in
    the shopping center, and will be integrated with the mall through escalators, elevators and direct access from the parking
    area.
