    Multiplan announces changes to its investor relations department. Rodrigo Krause dos Santos Rocha has joined Multiplan as Superintendent of Investor Relations. Hans Melchers, who previously led both investor relations and planning, will now focus solely on planning to support the company's expansion plans, while continuing to assist the investor relations team. The investor relations team will be enhanced to better serve shareholders and financial analysts.

    CHANGES AT MULTIPLAN´S INVESTOR RELATIONS DEPARTMENT

    MULTIPLAN EMPREENDIMENTOS IMOBILIÁRIOS S.A. (“Companhia”),


    headquartered at Av. das Américas n.º 4.200 - Bloco 2, sala 501, Barra da
    Tijuca, city and state of Rio de Janeiro, announces that Rodrigo Krause dos
    Santos Rocha has joined Multiplan (MULT3), the leader in the shopping center
    sector in Brazil, as Superintendent of Investor Relations. Krause has a degree
    in Economy from the University of Brasília, and an MBA in Finances from the
    New York University. His Professional track record includes the Brazilian trading
    company Cotia Trading, a 10 year experience as the IR Manager at Gerdau
    S.A., and more recently, as Director of Investor Relations, the Real Estate
    Developer Helbor Empreendimentos S.A.

    Hans Melchers, who accumulated both the Investor Relations and Planning
    departments, Will now be fully dedicated to the Planning Department in order to
    provide the Company´s in view of new projects and expansion plans. Hans Will
    also provide enhanced support to the IR team. The IR team includes the Senior
    Analyst Rodrigo Tiraboschi and the analyst Franco Carrion. The changes
    mentioned envisage the enhancement of the service provided to shareholders
    and financial market analysts.
