knowledge of system engineers in a "rule base" which be apply to information about the
topology, power signature, operating practices, symptoms, equipment, type and ratings,
and chronology of system development to diagnose the power system for harmonicscaused problems
Justification:
program and secure them as the system suppose to do. It not disturbing the other system
as it adapt the pattern of program and re incarnate the program to control the user
interface and help the user. This make the system can be apply to any part of the other
system as it characteristic is universal for a security and quality problem-solving
