4. Plan menus for breakfast, lunch and supper using the basic three food groups as a guide.
5. Make preserve by salting, sugaring and pickling to prevent waste of food.
6. Explain how values and family goals are related to management.
7. Explain the different value of good management of resources, family income, time and energy.
8. Prepare a sample family budget based on ones family income.
9. Tie up proper home management with improved family finances.
10. Helped augment family income by engaging in food preservation, candle making, T-shirt printing, recycling, handicrafts, fancy
making and backyard gardening.
11. Relate knowledge and skills on the TRCs vision and mission.
