Day Care and Boarding General Information and Policies

The OK Canine Corral Dog Daycare and Resort provides a safe, fun, and stimulating social environment
for dogs. To ensure the safety and health of your dog(s), we require all guests to comply with the
following rules and regulations. Safety is our PRIORITY.
APPLICATION & WAIVER:
All guests must submit a complete this form as well as an Owner Liability Agreement and an Enrollment
Application PRIOR TO YOUR STAY WITH US. These forms are included in this document.
AGE:
Puppies accepted at 10 weeks of age if current on DHPP (Distemper/Parvo) & Bordatella (Kennel Cough)
vaccinations. Rabies vaccination due at 4 months of age.
SPAY/NEUTER:
All dogs 7 months or older must be spayed or neutered.
VACCINATIONS:
All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof of:
DHLPP (distemper and parvo)
Bordetella
Rabies is required for dogs over 4 months of age
Canine Influenza Not required but strongly encouraged.
HEALTH:
All dogs must be in good health. Owners will certify their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill
with a communicable condition in the last 30 days. Upon admission, all dogs must be free from any
condition which could potentially jeopardize other pets.
BEHAVIOR:
All dogs must be non-aggressive to ALL TYPES and SIZES of dogs. Owners will certify their dogs have not
harmed or shown an aggressive or threatening behavior toward any person or any other dog(s). Please
remember: your pet will be spending time with other dogs and the safety and health of all animals is our
main concern.
MEALS:
We request that you bring your dogs food to avoid causing possible digestive issues (diarrhea, gas,
upset stomach etc).
We provide boarding dogs meals based on each individual dogs needs at breakfast, lunch, (when
applicable), and dinner. Daycare dogs wont be fed except by special request.
If you forget to bring your dog's food or you don't bring enough for their stay, we will gladly provide our
premium house food for $2 per meal.
Also, we provide our guests with small treats throughout the day. Please let us know when you check in
if you do not want your dog to have any treats or peanut butter.
EVALUATION/FREE DAY IN DAYCARE:
Your dog is welcome to join us for a free day in daycare. This day will allow a staff member to ensure
that your dog's temperament is a good fit with our other furry guests. Safety is our top priority and
aggressive or unfriendly behavior can be dangerous for both dogs and staff members alike. The initial
free day in daycare must be scheduled with us in advance - please contact us for availability. Please
note that we MUST have proof of current vaccinations. All boarding dogs should have trial day care day
before being boarded at OKCC. This day helps them see that mom and dad come back!
MEDICATION:
We are happy to give medication to your dog, but do not accept pets that require medical treatment
beyond basic dispensing of medication.
REFUND POLICY

We offer no refunds on cancellations less than 24 hours. Per our cancellation policy, credits are issued.
All credits will remain on the account to be used at a future date.
WHAT TO BRING:
ID: A quick release collar with an ID tag WITH your dogs NAME on it.
FOOD: For dogs requiring meals during their stay
Medications with completed medication instruction form. This form is located on the GET STARTED tab
of our web site carolinascrittersitters.com. Click Daycare/Boarding. Click Get Started. Follow
instructions.
We provide a raised bed for your dogs comfort. Youre welcome to bring your dogs own bed if
preferred. Please feel free to bring items you would like your dog to have when in their personal suite.
Anything with familiar smells such as shirts, blankets, towel, etc. will help your dog settle in comfortably.
Crates: If we feel your dog is in danger to him/herself, (i.e. climbing out of our suites, chewing on their
gate rails, etc.) a wire crate will be provided for your dog for his/her safety. Safety is our upmost priority.
WHAT NOT TO BRING:
Food or water dishes as we supply them and dont have the space to store yours.
RAWHIDE - It is a choking hazard and chewing them requires constant supervision.
FEES:
All Packages are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
$2.00 per meal will be charged if own food not provided

Pick up/Drop off hours for boarding dogs 2pm-6pm, or by appointment (no daycare)
Daycare dogs not picked up by 7:00pm will be boarded at owners expense.
Boarding dogs NOT picked up by 11:00 am will be charged $15 for the day of daycare.
We are closed to the public on major holidays
RESERVATIONS:
Please call us at 801-BARK (2275) to schedule reservations. It is best to plan a couple of weeks in
advance in order to obtain services on the dates you desire. We will do our best to accommodate last
minute requests.
PAYMENT:
OKCC accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, plus cash or checks.
CHANGES TO OUR POLICIES, PROCEDURES, SERVICES AND RATES:
Our Policies, Procedures, Services and Rates may change from time to time. While we will attempt to
notify you of these changes, it is ultimately your responsibility to check back on our website regularly so
that you are aware of our most current Policies, Procedures, Services and Rates. We reserve the right to
refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

Owner Liability Agreement

Pet Owner understands that the concept of dog daycare, group play, and overnight boarding is
to allow dogs to socially interact with both humans and dogs. Dogs in supervised group play
will romp, run, play, and nap at their leisure. Owners acknowledge that there is always a
possibility of injury resulting from rough play or fights between dogs. The Pet Owner agrees
that any injury to their dog during their use of the facility shall not bring any liability of any
type on the part of The OK Canine Corral, LLC (hereafter OKCC) or its owners.
Pet Owner authorizes OKCC to seek emergency medical attention for my pet(s), and Pet Owner
takes full responsibility for those medical expenses. Pet Owner authorizes and gives
permission for OKCC to discuss and/or receive my pets medical records, or discuss the
medical condition at hand on Pet Owners behalf.
If time permits, OKCC will try and contact Pet Owner before obtaining any care; however, this
form serves as the authorization if OKCC needs to obtain veterinarian care for Pet Owners dog
regardless. The Pet Owner is responsible for veterinarian expenses and transportation,
whether or not the owner was reached in advance.
Pet Owner acknowledges and is aware that the staff of OKCC are not veterinarians and do not
have backgrounds in animal medicine and are not expected to diagnose or detect illnesses in
the pets that are staying at the OKCC. In addition, Pet Owner acknowledges and is aware that
vaccines do not protect against all communicable illnesses that may affect a pet. Pet Owner
acknowledges and agrees that they are assuming all risk of illness, disease, harm or otherwise
to their pet by allowing their pet to stay at OKCC.
Pet Owner agrees not to bring their pet into our facility if the dog has vicious tendencies, is ill,
has fleas (Pet Owner will be charged for flea medication), or otherwise behaves in a manner
that jeopardizes the safety and health of other pets, staff, visitors, or customers.
The Pet Owner agrees that this Agreement and Release remains in full force and effect each
and every time in the future the Pet Owner brings the Pet Owner's dog or dogs to OKCC for any
of the services provided or until a new agreement.
The Pet Owner understands that they are responsible for any harm caused by Pet Owners
dog(s) while he/she is at OKCC. OKCC assumes no liability for loss or damage from disease,
sickness, death, running away, theft, fire, and injury to persons, other dogs or property by Pet
Owners dog(s) or other unavoidable causes. Pet Owner hereby releases OKCC of any liability
and Pet Owner further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OKCC against any and all claims
arising from Pet Owners dog's attendance and participation at OKCC, including but not limited
to, all costs, attorney fees, expenses and liabilities in connection therewith. Pet Owner further
understands and agrees that any problem which develops with Pet Owners dog(s) will be
treated as deemed best by staff and volunteers of OKCC, at their sole discretion, and that Pet
Owner assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved.
Pet Owner represents and guarantees that all required vaccinations are up to date and that
Pet Owners dog(s) are in good health and has not been ill within past 30 days. OKCC reserves
the right to deny entry or remove from the premises any dog at their discretion. This release
form shall be deemed continuing so as to require Pet Owner to immediately notify OKCC if
there is any change in the information disclosed in this Release Form.
Pet Owner gives permission to OKCC to use photographs of my pet for display, Facebook,
newspaper, web site, flyers or brochures.
