Dear Sir,
We regret to inform you that your OWN DAMAGE CLAIM filed under Policy No.GC-
PCV-100599870 involving the insured unit, 2020 FORD RANGER 2.0L RAPTOR
4X4 AT with Plate/CS No. C2V486, loss/s of February 29, 2020 cannot be acted upon
favorably.
Based on the submitted documents, the insured unit at the time of the accident was being
driven by Mr. Hassan Siaman Udsiman who is in possession of NON-
PROFESSIONAL DRIVER’S LICENSE with no. M05-17-000702 with issuance date
of March 29, 2017.
However, as per verification Mr. Hassan Siaman Udsiman “is our official family driver”
who is in possession of a non-professional driver’s license only.
In view thereof, the said claim is not compensable since there is a patent violation of the
AUTHORIZED DRIVER CLAUSE of the Policy which reads as follows:
