    Dear Sir/Madam:
    Warm greetings from ZUR!
    We, the ZUR of General Santos City, in cooperation with the Barangay Bula Office, Bula
    General Santos City, will be having the 1st ARAW NG BULA LONGBOARD PUSH-RACE
    Competition on October 27, 2014 (Monday) at Barangay Bula, General Santos City.
    Longboarding is one of the fastest growing extreme sports worldwide and there had been
    increased participation in the sport, this event is not only for the beginner`s and intermediate
    players but also to introduce for those people who want to try and experience the sport. This will
    allow the sports to progress and expand the scene in the community.
    In this regard, we would like to ask you to support us financially (any amount) or in kind to
    cover our expenses for food, prizes and etc.
    Thus, we have organized the following set of activities:
    October 27, 2014 (Monday) - The event officially starts
    5:00 AM - Organizers and Participants Assembly
    Start of Registration
    Finalization and Race Briefing
    Opening Ceremony
    6:00 AM Race Starts
    7:30 AM Race Ends
    Best Trick & Slide Jam Showdown
    8:00 AM Awarding of prizes to the winners
    Closing Ceremony

    In return, your company/establishment will enjoy media mileages, your logo


    will appear on the event`s poster, event t-shirts and social media sites. You may also post your
    business posters and flyers.

    attached solicitation for your perusal. We would like to hear your decision on or before Sept.
    October 22, 2014 for the final advertisement campaign of your logo and company name prior to
    the events.
