• Assisted in editing a large amount of Schedule 1040 Returns to provide response to taxpayers
within a short period of time.
• Established a quick reference guide that assisted tax examiners and clerks in finding much
needed information in a quicker period of time. This resulted in going from editing an
average of 47 tax returns per hour to an average of 61 per hour.
Directed the installation of low voltage DC and AC power systems in Sprint-Nextel wireless facilities for
features such as WiMAX, wireless CDMA technology and 4G Networks with a 100% launch-rate success
and project completion within a +/- 5% budget tolerance rating. Coordinated and directed material
and labor contracts with various outside vendors and suppliers.
Engineered and deployed Cisco 2621, 3662 and 7507 Routers to replace all outdated trouble-reporting
equipment in our data and call centers. Project managed all engineering and installation phases by
creating project timelines and schedules and traveled to job locations and worked with installation
personnel for equipment layout and inspection.

Implemented applications per customer specifications by working with the sales and manufacturing
departments on pressure relief equipment that prevented the risk of explosion at customer
locations.
• Provided quality rupture discs and rupture disc accessories to various customers in the
Eastern United States that exceeded industry standards for explosion-proof equipment.
Directed equipment installations with customers and managed medium to large scale projects in the
United States, Canada, Australia, Venezuela and Africa. I served as the main point of contact for
conducting on-site assistance with equipment installation, system troubleshooting and equipment
training with a “hands-on approach” to railroad and transportation personnel at all levels. Directed
all testing on signaling and crossing systems per customer specifications in a manufacturing facility
with ISO 9000-9001 and Total Quality Management experience.
• Received corporate recognition for spear-heading the re-design of the Train Inspection
