. Purpose and installation
1. This unit can be used to clean
material pipeline and vessel equipment of
cream industry in place. And it also applies to clean equipments of beer, drink and
general food industry.
2. This unit adopt the centrifugal pump transmitting cleaning liquid in the
material pipeline and vessel and forcing circulation so as to make clean purpose.
Therefore ,it is no need to disassemble pipeline or equipment which may increase
service life of equipment and lighten workers labor intensity. Thus , this product is an
advanced cleaning equipment.
3. Deliver and circulate the cleaning solution by man control.
4.Using the machine concretely must matched with facility and pipeline layout
of factory and shall joint in cleaning head.

. Main structure and working principle
This machine is composed of acid and alkali solution storage tank, clear water tank,
machine structure, triple connected stopcock, cut-off valve and centrifugal pump,
ect..(checking drawing)
1acid and alkali tank and clear water tank

Acid and alkali tank is used to store cleaning solution. Make cleaning solution
component and thickness according to cleaning technics requirement and heated the
coil pipe by steam from acid and alkali tank as to as heat the cleaning solution up to
needed temperature. Storage tank is normal pressure vessel, made in stainless steel,
with thermometer on the tank body showing relevant temperature of storage tank.
Output connection hole is laid on the bottom of tank i.e. centrifugal pump outlet
hole.Two manhole on the top and cleaning water inlet Condensate outlet on the
bottom; water inlet and outlet on clear water tank. So let is possible.
2Machine structure

AThis machine is made of stainless steel material, bearing all institution apart form
cleaning tank, that is, make tighten structure and facility to transport and install.
BThere are eight flexible supporting feet making machine landing ground stable. Put
the centrifugal on the left upper of the machine ,acid and alkali solution on the middle
upper, clear water tank on the right upper of the machine. Besides, there is also an
operating worktable for observing and cleaning.

3Laying silicon rubber ring on both sides of valve plug facility to seal with
valve cup. This kind silicon rubber is full flexibility, resistant to high temperature, acid,
alkali, and pretty seal performance.
4 According to actual need, this machine is manual operating. Press

ACTUATE of centrifugal pump, water pump is able to delivery water for cleaning.
By the cleaning time, pump delivery alkali solution for alkali cleaning. By the size of
cleaned vessel and degree of dirty and pollution set relevant cleaning time, and then
callback alkali. It is the same operating for acid inlet and outlet.
.Swing installation and regulation

1This unit can be whole machine awing installation by group machine frame.
2Lay storage groove frame on the cement ground horizontal and revising
centrifugal level. Eight supporting feet of machine shall be all landed. Cleaning
solution delivery from distributor shall be fixed by ground bolt. During cleaning, there
is waste water drained discontinued from discharging hole. Therefore, relevant
drainage line shall be done under the machine.
3Pipelines of cleaning solution delivery from distributor to centrifugal pump,

return pipeline of connection to cleaning equipment and conduit, which shall be
shorten as short as possible and reduced elbows.
4Each connection pipeline shall be fixed with relevant support, hang handle
and holding, ect. Do not keep all weight on the machine.
5Joined steam pipeline shall be set with thermal protector, condense outlet
with steam trap, steam trap hole connection to drainage channel.
6Because of wet cleaning scene, instruments shall not be impacted regularly.

. Operation and application
1Before operate the machine, the operator shall be trained and completely
facility the structure and performance of the machine.
2Before or after using, the machine shall be examined over and inner tank and
pipe shall be cleaned.
3According to the thickness of cleaning technics regulated, make acid and
alkali and immit water into water tank. The loading index of vessel capacity is 80%.
4Check over and regulate instrument(i.e. thermometer and safety valve). Make sure
their performance is exact and reliable.
5According to the cleaning technics requirement, determine each cleaning
time by user.
6Delivery Filled cleaning water to centrifugal pump and each pre-cleaned
fitting. With pipe connection checked and no error, actuate centrifugal pump to
cleaning. When fittings are in cleaning, each valves is controlled by operator besides

four pieces triple connected faucet and two cutoff valves are full manually control.

. Maintenance, service and fault removed

1Lubricate equipment: Except that motor lubrication shall be conformity with
motor manufacturer recommended lubrication and needs service in a certain time,
operating and action parts of machine are filled proper
lubricating fat and
lubrication before every cleaning task that it is ok.

2After using the cleaning solution for a certain period, renew it to keep
cleaning result. Generally speaking, confect one and use one. In order to save it, use
the solution by its degree of polluted and diluted.
3Maintain equipment regularly, keep clean and make scheduled time for
service so that the machine can be in good and reliable running state. During
examining it, those parts that easy-damaged or airproof shall be exchanged in time to
