Download IBPS PO Common Interview Call Letter

Institute of Banking Personnel (IBPS) recently uploaded the admit cards for the
candidates who are going to appear for the IBPS Common interviews for recruitment
in various public sector banks.
Here are few things that must be followed for Downloading the IBPS Common
Interview Admit Card

To Download the Admit card, you require the Registration details (Registration
No or Roll no. and Password). These details were generated at the time of
Submitting the Online Application for IBPS PO-II Exam.

After entering the Details. Click on the Submit Button.

The Admit card will now appear on the Screen. The same must be saved
in(*.pdf) format or can be printed.

The Admit Card will contain the Date, time and Venue of the Common
Interview.

The Admit card can be downloaded in English as well as Hindi.

Note: If you forgot your password or lost password you can visit here and then
enter your Registration No, Dob and then click on forgot password link to resend it to
your registered email id OR simply click here for forgot password.

Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2012 PO Interview Results Announced

Bank of Baroda which has came up with 600 IBPS PO Jobs in Feb 2012 has declared the
final list of candidates selected after interviews which were held in April 2012.Bank of
Baroda called many candidates for the interviews for 600 attractive PO vacancies to
be grabbed.
Bank released the final list of 600 successful candidates who are called to join as
PROBATIONARY OFFICERS.

Bank requested selected candidates to submit their Joining Date [i.e. either 25-062012 or 23-072012] online between 23-June-2012 and 25-June-2012 to confirm their joining .

IBPS Interviews Sample Questions

IBPS has declared the results of the Bank CWE Clerk Exam and about 5.3 Lakh
candidates have cleared the exam. So, it is now time to gear up for the interviews
which will soon follow and competition wont be easy because of the sheer number. It
is utmost important to prepare well for the interviews as many of you will get
interview calls only from few banks and it is important that you get selected in

Usually for bank interviews, there will be 2 to 3 persons in the interview panel.
Before the final interview, HR will check all the necessary documents needed and he
can also ask few bank specific questions like CASA, Basel norms and profit of the
bank, difference between various banking products etc. We are categorising the
questions in 2 forms HR Questions and Technical Questions The HR questions you can expect in your interview are
1. Tell me about yourself
2. Tell me about your family
3. Incase, if you are the only daughter/son in your family, will your parents allow
you to work anywhere across India?

4. What are your strengths and weaknesses?

5. Dont you think you are over qualified for this position?
6. Why not software after engineering?
7. Why did you leave your previous company?
8. Why do you want to work here?
9. Have you applied for any other banks?
10.What do you know about your bank?
11.Have you applied to other areas apart from banking?
12.Where do you see yourself in 5 years from now?
13.If you are female Being a girl, if you are posted in unsafe place like Assam,
will you continue to work with us?

The Technical Questions which can be asked in a bank interview are 1. What do you know BASEL norms
2. What is CAR? (Capital Adequacy Ratio)

4. What is microfinance?
5. Repo Rate and Reverse Repo rate?

7. What is inflation and deflation?
8. What is mutual fund?

Bank of Baroda, one of the 19 participating banks in IBPS CWE Exam, invites
applications for recruitment of 600 Probationary Officers (Bank POs) from Indian
citizens who have given the pre-requisite Common Written Examination (CWE) for

Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees conducted by Institute of Banking

Personnel Selection (IBPS), Mumbai in 2011-12 and have a valid Score card issued by
IBPS and and have a minimum score of 125 in respect of General/OBC Category and
105 for SC/ST category out of a total score of 250 issued by IBPS.

A Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University in India OR Any
equivalent qualification

Candidates should be qualified in the Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS
and should be holding a
score card issued by IBPS with a minimum score of 125 for General/ OBC category and
105 for SC/ST category out of a total score of 250
AND
Should be a computer literate (proficient in MS Office Basic Applications, internet
usage).
Preferably With: A Diploma in Banking & Finance (DBF) from the Indian Institute of
Banking & Finance (IIBF)

examination conducted by IBPS for Probationary Officers in 2011.

For Reserved Category (i.e SC/ST/OBC/PWD) Minimum 21
