God of hope, you call us from the exile of sin with the good news of restoration; you build a highway
through the wilderness; you come to us and bring us home. Comfort us with the expectation of your
saving power, made known to us in Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
Awesome is God from his sanctuary; he is the one who gives power and
strength to his people. Blessed be God!

gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God put forward as a
propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God's
righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins. It
was to show his righteousness at the present time, so that he might be just and the
justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

We are delighted to have you worshiping and fellowshipping with us today! Our hope is
that as the Word is read and proclaimed, as prayers are lifted up, as hymns and psalms
are sung, and as the sacraments are administered, we will glorify and enjoy our Triune
God together as his people. Please take a minute to sign our Guest Book on the table in
the hall.
Communion
Here at Grace, we celebrate communion every Lords Day, alternating between morning
and evening services. The Lords Supper is an occasion for believers in Christ to meet
with their Savior by faith, to be strengthened and renewed by him, and celebrate him.
All who have been baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who trust
alone in Christ as Savior and Lord, are a member in good-standing in a Reformed or
Evangelical church, are at peace with their neighbor, and seek strength to live more
faithfully, are invited to partake in this holy meal. If you are not a believer, or if you
choose not to share in this meal, we invite you to spend this time in prayer. The outer
rings of cups contain wine, the inner ring contains juice.
Nursery Care
We enjoy having our children worship with us. However, should parents need assistance
with their young children, we have nursery workers available that are seated in the back
of the sanctuary. A diaper changing station is available in the fellowship room by the
restrooms. Please do not hesitate to speak with a nursery worker if you have any
questions. It is our delight to serve you and your children in any way we can.

Prayer of Confession
Most holy and beneficent Father, You have blessed us greatly by placing your
name upon us, but we acknowledge and confess before You our sin of making
much of our own name, and our sloth in exalting yours. You know how we have
not received, observed, or kept our worship pure according to what You have
appointed in Your Holy Word. We have erected idols in our hearts and worshiped
the false gods of this evil age. We have corrupted Your worship by worshiping You
according to our own imaginations and desires, seeking to glorify and enjoy
ourselves rather than you. Most gracious, heavenly Father, as You have given Your
Son, Jesus Christ as a once for all sacrifice to save Your people from their sins;
forgive us, we pray, and grant us repentance that is in keeping with eternal life.
Through His faithful worship, help us to draw near to You through the new and
living way that He has opened for us through his flesh, with true hearts, sprinkled
clean from an evil conscience, and with bodies washed with pure water. And give us
the grace to hereafter worship you in the Spirit and in truth. In Jesus name we
pray, Amen.

serve you forever. In Jesus name, Amen.
