BCD4 project (Ass.gas compressor, Gas lift compressor, VRU compressor)

Outstanding : Pipeline monitoring and protection system from SWB BGP CPS
has not ready for pre-commissioning (pipeline system will be on manual
monitoring status instead of the dedicated and design automatic pipeline
protection system).

SWB asso.gas has been shipping to CPS Hamilton on 23 Sept, but due to no
more load loaded on SWB AGC (Fuel gas conditioning system problem) and
Comprrs. was not running stable, the shipping gas is not stable and consistent.
4.
Evaluated dark color condensate gas wells flow to BGP. Switch NEB-36, 38, and
47 from BGP gas line to separator, where gas to BGP and liquid to NEB station.
Collect sample from :
- Inlet slug catcher BGP
- Condensate stripper
- NGL to NGF at BGP
- Pig receiver NGL at NGF
- Bottom debutanizer at NGF
- TK-101 condensate tank

Continued to cooperate with Marketing, JKT Eng., and Ops support to discuss
Jambi Merang condensate issues Facility Sharing Agreement.
6.
Continued to conduct SWB PPF asso.gas system comm. Doc from Contractor for
pre-comm and comm. Very poor especially for E&I. (Fuel Gas conditioning
system still not meet with requirement).
7.
Continue to cooperate with Operation support and JKT Eng. To investigate and
study the root cause of diesel generator exhaust system fire incident on Aug 18,
2010. No progress.
8.
BGP operation issues :
a.
9.
CO2 system unit could not handle at BGP during heat of the day. Reduce
choke on high CO2 wells in NEB (NEB-60,61, 63, 66) and increase choke
on low CO2 wells in Gemah. On going.
b.
GTG-C MK-V controller power supply card failure. Maintenance is
urgently sourcing the part. Minimum shutdown risk solution has been
made by maintenance and operation. Now GTG-A&B are on line. GTG-C
standby.
c.
Compressor vibration status at NEB GRF.
Pipeline maintenance program and security patrol program being completed and
updated.

Solved Jambi NGO demonstration activities in Jambi office on Sep 23, 2010.
11.
Conducted PTK-007 socialization of book 3 and 4 with all Jabung field dept.
representatives.
12.
Continue to review and study emergency shutdown system update NG/Integrate

Instrument Air system between NGF and CPS to backup each other in an
emergency.
ACTIVITIES NEXT WEEK

1.
Continue to test SWB asso.gas compressor, lift gas compressor and VRU.
2.
BCD4 RTU FAT ongoing in Jakarta.
3.
Continue to push BSD to speed up service contrat process for Amine cooler clean
service. Urgently required to solve CO2 remove limitation.
4.
Continue to study Jabung condensate product color improvement solution.
5.
Continue to prepare and review Jabung 2011 proposed field cost budget in
capex/opex with Jakarta cost control.
6.
Continue to organize job list for the 2011 BGP facility shutdown. Need to start
ordering long lead time materials, so they arrive prior to 2nd qtr. 2011.
7.
Planning to switch SWB-1 pad oil production to SWB PPF and monitor
performance separator and oil tanks at NEB and Gemah station to receive
additional oil from SWB PPF. Switch SWB-1 group wells to SWB PPF depend on
the readiness Gemah station to receive additional liquid from SWB PPF.
8.
Planning to do pigging 6 oil line from SWB PPF to NEB-9 pad location.
9.
Continue to conduct pigging pipeline 8, 10, 12 gas line SWB-BGP-CPS.
10.
Planning to take FPU shutdown to inspect and repair FPU propane condenser
tubes (leaks testing and plugging the tubes of the propane condenser unit), replace
the corroded sea water orifice plate and tie-in the chemical injection point on Sep
30, 2010. Repairing job will take about 8 hours.

Price reference / quotation from vendor / last PO for each proposed capital
items. Minimum are 2 price references (brochures).
Hard copy and soft copy form budget schedule 23 and 24 for construction
items which are proposed (in house project, construction of building
offices, etc.). All documents should be provide in file folder binder (2
hole type).

Retribution Ripah 20 issues. Need to solve.
13.
Install PSHH on 100-V-3000 test separator at Gemah. Need to follow prior to

switch SWB-1 pad to SWB PPF.

Work day for expatriate. Need to review.
15.
To fix oil LCV problem of the separator V-300 at NEB-7 for switch NEB wells to
improve condensate product color improvement.
16.
High level on surge tank due to problem from charge pumps. Lowering tank with
vacuum truck. Arrange 10 V,truck. (PCJ-1399-CA on call basis). Pumps are OK.
Suspect blockage in the piping and or block valve at the tank. After check piping
is OK. Will check at the tank.
17.
CLA 2010 2012 in progress 30 Sept 2010 at the latest

Shutdown review meeting on Sep 29 at BGP.
19.
Letter from Ranhill for request permission to use PCI road for their drilling.
20.
Cement mixer adm no. 3749 and digital camera missing. Harmoni Jabung.

Annual inventory 2010 from BPMIGAS on Sept 29, 2010 and return to JKT on
OCT 6, 2010.

Indicate maintenance shut-down 2011 are coincidence with COPI Corridor

maintenance in April 15 20, 2011.

Verification of local content contract BCD 335 CA. BPMIGAS and QC JKT
visit on Oct 6 9, 2010.

Jambi Merang Facility sharing agreement need to review. Next meeting on Oct 1,
2010.

Gemah GRF very high disch. Temperature on the 1st stg disch. Cylinder. Normal
operating temp are 265 275 deg. F. During the heat of the day temp are reaching
305 deg.F for the past few weeks and problem slowly getting worst. The
shutdown set point to this compressor is 315 deg F.
Maintenance and ops dept request a S/D to change out the suction valves on both
1st and 2nd stage cylinder. During the S/D many PM will be completed like cooler
cleaning etc. Request S/D before the igh temp create more problem to the
compressors. Will S/D compressor for 12 hour.
28.
Six (6) SRP arrived in the field. Start to install first at WBD-2 (Rig-11). Note :
WBD-5, Gemah-.., Gemah-, Gemah-, Ripah 14.
29.
Gas analysis from new gas sales compressor still not meet with requirement
(FGCU fuel gas conditioning unit).
