    It is to state that the Govt. in the G.O. 1 st cited have delegated
    powers to all station House Officers to incur the expenditure on
    investigation charges and prescribed certain monitory limits to the SHOs
    and they were accordingly declared as Drawing Officer for the limited
    purpose to incur expenditure on investigation charges. As such I am
    herewith delegated drawing powers to Sri. G.Hanumantha Reddy, S.I of
    Police Peapully PS, Kurnool for draw of allotted budget under 130OE/132-O.O.E.
